 THE PERFECT LUNCH!

Ceviche is a very popular dish in Peru, but how many different kinds of ceviche are there?

- FISH CEVICHE: It is a starter that is made from raw white fish meat marinated in lemon juice or another citrus fruit. To complement it, it usually takes some type of onion, and some aromatic herb such as fresh coriander.
- SEAFOOD CEVICHE: It is similar to mixed ceviche, with the difference that it does not contain fish and you can add more varieties of them. A characteristic of the preparation of this ceviche is that the shellfish have to be previously boiled or passed through hot water. This makes it an excellent alternative for those who cannot or do not like to eat raw fish.
MIXED CEVICHE: As its name indicates, it is a type of ceviche that is the masterful mix of various marine products. Among which the seafood stands out clearly and of course the fresh fish from our sea.
BLACK SHELL CEVICHE: The black shell ceviche must be the most exotic of the Peruvian ceviches, not only for its appearance and intense flavor, but also for the aphrodisiac properties attributed to it.
CEVICHE WITH CHICHARRON: This unique ceviche option is perfect for those who are allergic to shellfish as chicharron is a perfect substitute for them. The cheviche with chicharron has a fusion of fresh ingredients that combines perfectly with the flavor of citrus.

So, whatever kind you like best, there is definitly a ceviche for everyone!

EATING HABITHS

Hello everyone, my name's Celeste Villacorta and I'm from Iquitos, Peru. For breakfast I usually have milk with teoasted bread and sometimes my sister makes waffles with orange juice.
For lunch, my food is varied, for example one day I eat lomo saltado, the next I eat roast chicken, but I try to eat less fried food and I always do my rice without salt.
Of course, I always have dessert. Choco chip ice cream is my favorite!
For dinner, I usually have something light like tea with avocado bread but sometimes I eat grilled chicken or pizza.
